Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Industri Terhadap MInat Berwirausaha Pada Siswa Kelas XI Program Keahlian Multimedia SMKN 1 Jember

Abstract

The existence of the covid 19 pandemic caused many people to lose their jobs. This makes the unemployment rate in Indonesia increase, to overcome this problem the government is trying to make Indonesian people able to create their own businesses and be able to create jobs for others. However, at this time the interest in entrepreneurship in the community is very small so the government is trying to increase interest in entrepreneurship in the community through various means. One way is through education through entrepreneurship education and industrial work practice programs implemented in schools. The existence of industrial work practices makes students more familiar with and understands the operation of a business. The existence of industrial work practices makes students more prepared and able to run a business so as to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research location used was at SMKN 1 Jember, with 66 student respondents in class XI of the Multimedia expertise program at SMKN 1 Jember who had carried out internships. Collecting data in this study using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. From the calculations that have been carried out to obtain the results of a simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 9.764 + 0.535X + ei. From the calculation of T, a value of 11.429 was obtained and this value was greater than the value of the T table, which was 1.998 so that it could be concluded that industrial work practices had an effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in class XI students of the Multimedia expertise program at SMKN 1 Jember
