PENGARUH FAKTOR – FAKTOR PENENTU KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMILIH JASA PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI KABUPATEN JEMBER
Abstract
This research aim is to analyse the internal factors influence for example
rational motivation, expense and interest, life style and factors eksternal that is
personal selling and product variant by simultan and parsial to consumer decision
in chosening service of banking of syariah in Regency Jember and also to analyse
the dominant variable of its influence to consumer decision in chosening service of
banking of syariah in Regency Jember. Research device used in this research is
research explanatory which aim to to know the internal factors influence for
example rational motivation, expense and interest, life style and factors eksternal
that is personal selling and product variant to consumer decision in chosening
banking service in regency Jember
Result of this research indicate that the internal factors for example rational
motivation, expense and interest, life style and factors eksternal that is personal
selling and product variant have an effect on by simultan and parsial to consumer
decision in chosening service of banking of syariah in Regency Jember. Dominant
Variable of its influence to consumer decision in chosening service of banking of
syariah in Regency Jember is life style.
Pursuant to result analyse the data concluded by that internal factors and
factors eksternal have an effect on by simultan and parsial to consumer decision in
chosening service of banking of syariah in Regency Jember.
