Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of the Tulungagung Regent's regulation policy number 55 of 2020 concerning the application of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols at the Tulungagung District Health Office. Implementation is a very important policy process. In the process of policy implementation, the role of the ruler is very dominant in the course of a policy program. The rise of cases of the Covid-19 virus in 2020 has made the government take part in taking actions to improve people's health and lifestyle. In its implementation. Several officials or groups were involved, including the Health Service, village heads, military and police as well as the Covid-19 task force acceleration team. This study uses qualitative research methods with a positivism approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data as well as interview data collection techniques through observation and documentation. This research was measured in terms of high-quality, precise, precise procedures that were easily understood by Merilee S Griddle. The results of this study stated that the implementation of the Regent's regulation number 55 of 2020 concerning the application of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols at the Tulungagung district Health Office has been carried out by involving many levels of society.
