dc.description.abstract | Globalization in this recent days brings big influence to the technology development. The technology is expected to be better for the modern era competition. Nowdays, technology is one of the most important pillars that props up the success of globalization era. The technology of information can be accessed easily, given quite big and quick information stream. It will fasten the social change in the environment of work, so it becomes more dynamic and flexible. This easy access will grow the transpiration in the environment of work. In information use, the trust of the information system is very important by this belief, everyone will be sure to do their job and maximalize the result. The trust of the system in individual work evaluation is needed by the management to ensure that information system with the computer basic can be used in controlling its workers job.
This research is aimed to know the influences of the new information technology and the trust of it in the individual job. The analysis method in this research uses a double-regresion with SPSS 12.0 count, the datas are gotten by 77 questioner spreading toward the workers that use the system in Jember University, that has applied the system its operational activity.
This research result shows that the new system of information technology and its belief to the system is really influenced the individual work. | en_US |
