dc.description.abstractGreenship Neighborhoood is an assessment tool in Indonesia as a reference in realizing environmentally friendly residential areas. Banyuwangi Subdistrict which has an area of 30.13 km2 or 0.52% of the total area of Banyuwangi Regency, with a population of 117,558 people. Therefore, residents of Banyuwangi sub-district need housing with an economical and environmentally friendly type of subsidy, namely Pesona Bukit Mas and Adimas Sobo Regency Phase II. The purpose of the study was to determine the categories that have an influence on the assessment and raise 1 rank in each housing along with efforts to increase employment. The method used is to use a spyder bilt diagram to find out the factor that almost reaches the maximum weight. In Pesona Bukit Mas (Housing X) and Adimas Sobo Regency Phase II (Housing Y) housing estates did not get a Greenship Neighborhoood rating with a total score of 20.97% and 16.94%. The results of efforts to increase the bronze rating in Pesona Bukit Mas housing and Adimas Sobo Regency Phase II housing were improved in the LEE, MAC, WMC, SWM, CWS, BAE, IFD categories. However, Adimas Sobo Regency Phase II housing was not upgraded in the WMC category due to insufficient facilities and available land in the area to add jobs.en_US
