Gambaran Pelaksanaan Kolaborasi Interprofesional Perawat-dokter Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Menurut Presepsi Perawat di Rumah Sakit Daerah dr. Soebandi Jember

Abstract

Interprofessional Collaboration is a general strategy to achieve the desired quality results effectively and efficiently in improving health services. Communication in collaboration is an important element for the quality of care and patient safety. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing nurse-doctor collaboration in the inpatient room of the Regional Hospital dr. Soebandi Jember. This study used a descriptive research approach, through a total sampling technique and as many as 151 nurses participated as respondents. The collecting data used questionnaire of nurse characteristic and NPCS (Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale) questionnaire. The results showed that as many as 78 nurses (51.7%) had good interprofessional collaboration behavior, and as many as 73 (48.3%) nurses not good interprofessional collaboration behavior. The results showed that the number of nurses who perceive implementation of nurse-doctor interprofessional collaboration good and less good categories were similar. Almost half of respondent perceive that there were still lacking in implementation of interprofessional collaboration. It is considered important to increase interprofessional collaboration for all aspects of service at the Hospital because good collaboration would create good quality of health services.
