The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently happening globally can be a threat to public health in general, one of which is for pregnant women. Psychological problems during a pandemic are in the form of anxiety that affects the health of the mother and fetus so that there can be delays in antenatal care visits. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between the anxiety of first-trimester pregnant women and adherence to K1 antenatal care (ANC) during the post-covid-19 pandemic in the working area of the Patrang Jember Health Center. This study applied an analytic observational design with a Cross-Sectional approach. The sampling technique used Cluster Random Sampling with a sample of 83 first trimester pregnant women. Data were obtained using a questionnaire. The results showed that most of the first trimester pregnant women were not anxious (44.6%) and the majority adhered to antenatal care K1 visits (69.9%). The Chi-Square test showed no correlation between the anxiety of first trimester pregnant women and K1 antenatal care (ANC) adherence (p-value = 0.284). This means that the anxiety experienced by pregnant women does not reduce adherence in antenatal care visits. The anxiety felt by pregnant women is related to their experience of Covid-19 and concerns about their pregnancy during the post-pandemic period. Provision of health education to pregnant women about the dangers of antenatal anxiety and family advice to continue to provide support and motivation for pregnant women in antenatal care visits according to predetermined standards so as to prevent the risk of high anxiety during pregnancy.en_US
