Pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM), Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Studi Empiris pada PT. KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) DAOP 9 JEMBER
Abstract
This research entitled “The effect of applying total quality management
(TQM), performance measurement system, and organization commitment to the
managerial performance. The object is PT.KERETA API INDONESIA
(PERSERO) DAOP 9 JEMBER . The variable of this research is variable of
pplying total quality management (TQM), Performance measurement system, and
organization commitment as independent variable and managerial performance
as dependent variable. The objective of this research is to know the effect of
applying total quality management (TQM), Performance measurement system,
and organization commitment to the managerial performance. The data collection
of this research is done by spreading questionair to the 40 managerial in PT.
KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) DAOP 9 JEMBER.
The research method of this research multiple linier regression analysis,
classical analysis assumption and hypothesis test (t-test). The measurement scale
of this research is likert scale and the scale is 1 up to 5 starting with very less
appropriate statement. The result of linier regression analysis show applying total
quality management (TQM), Performance measurement system, and organization
commitment that have significan impact to the managerial performance
