Further, some investigations on these ejaculatory utterances are commonly centered on meaning and their functions. This research brings a new insight into scholar exploration on this one of parts of speech since it raises gender as variable to weigh. The chosen object to investigate is We’re The Millers movie because it engenders a bunch of golly-gees accentuated by the characters. Juxtaposing Jovanovic’s (2004) delve on forms and meaning of interjection and Tannen’s (1990) difference theory, this studious inquiry is going to disclose that men and women represent themselves differently in employing language indexing their membership of gender community.
