Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), is an institution at the community level whose members consist of tourism actors who have care and concern and act as a driving force in supporting the creation of a conducive climate for the growth and development of tourism and utilizing it. In the management of the Bamboo Forest tourism village, the role of Pokdarwis is important plus the full support of the government and local communities. The relationship between the three forms an event called management. There are four types of management, namely planning (performing activities before setting tourist destinations), organizing (forming Pokdarwis management), implementation (operational implementation and mobilization), and supervision (monitoring and evaluation). With the management, it is hoped that the government, Pokdarwis, and the community can collaborate appropriately and well. Planning is good, but there are a few obstacles due to the covid 19 outbreak where development is hampered. The organization has formed a management organizational structure and pays attention to the human resource capacity of the managing organization. The implementation or implementation of all activities in the tourist village is carried out by tourism awareness groups and assisted by the community and has been well realized. Supervision consists of monitoring and evaluation.en_US
