dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the poverty, wages and education on labor force participation rate in East Java Province. This type of research is explanatory research which is a research that aims to determine the effect of the variables of poverty, wages and education on labor force participation rate in East Java Province. The method used in this study is panel data with a Fixed Effect approach and is associated with descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable of poverty has a positive and insignificant effect on Labor Force Participation Rate in East Java Province, Wages has a negative and insignificant effect on Labor Force Participation Rate in East Java Province and Education has a positive andsignificant effect on Labor Force Participation Rate on East Java Provinceen_US
