dc.description.abstractThe crime of human trafficking, especially women trafficking is an issue that must be taken by the government in an effort seriously. The purpose of this study is to determines and describe the effectiveness of the Integrated Service Center (PPT) in tackling the problem of trafficking of women in Jember. The results of this research showed The Integrated Service Center have not been effective to tackling the problem of women trafficking. Just a few cases of women trafficking has reported to public. Assistance activities by PPT does not running maximum because the victim of women trafficking was reluctant accompanied by PPT, they feel ashamed. And sosialization can not make the people aware to report the cases of women trafficking to PPT or police. The police also have difficulty to uncovering the cases of women trafficking because it was done very neatly by trafficker. This failure should be an evaluation of PPT to improve it performance next time.en_US
