Perbedaan Kepuasan Pasien pada Pelayanan Puskesmas Terakreditasi dan Puskesmas Tidak Terakreditasi di Jember
Abstract
Puskesmas was a health service facility that organizes public health efforts.
Patient satisfaction became one of the decisive indicators in measuring the quality
of health services. The level of community satisfaction of health service used
could be measured using 5 indicators of service and the existence of
accreditation. Accreditation was expected to make all health care facilities at the
first level able to provide services that meet the applicable standards and quality,
so that patients can feel satisfied with the services that have been given. This
study aimed to determine differences in patient satisfaction with accredited health
centers and non accredited community health centers in Jember. This research
was descriptive analytic research with cross sectional approach. The sample in
this study were 450 people with consequtive sampling technique. Data collection
from this research using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using p value of
0,000 which means that the value of p value <0,05. The conclusion that can be
taken from the explanation was Ha accepted indicating that there was a difference
between patient satisfaction toward accredited and not accredited health center
service in Jember Regency Year 2016. This research recommended health center
to provide excellent service for patient and upgrade their careworker’s skills
about caring.
