Abstract: | This study is to look at the broader context of transformational leadership and its relevance to education management. This review also discusses the latest theories in the study of transformational leadership in educational control. The management of this education focuses more on one of the human resources, namely the leadership of the principal, starting from the knowledge of the meaning and concept of leadership, transformational leadership and its relevance in educational management, especially about the principal's leadership in educational management. Educational leadership is function and process that influences, guides, coodinates and mobilezes others along with educational activities so that activities can be more effective in achieving educational goal |
