Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of work family conflict and job stress on employee performance by organizational commitment as mediating. The type of this study is literature review. The result of this study showed that work family conflict and job stress have a negative and significant impact on employee performance, work family conflict and job stress also have a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
