Abstract: | Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi CMC berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap warna, kadar air, kadar abu, higroskopisitas, kekuatan tarik, elongation sedangkan konsentrasi gliserol berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar abu dan kekuatan tarik. Interaksi CMC dan gliserol berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar air, higroskopisitas, kekuatan tarik, perpanjangan. |
