Abstract: Ramalan penjualan untuk tahun 2000 mengalami peningkatan, hal ini berpengaruh pada peningkatan tingkat produksi yang harus dicapai perusahaan Kurnia. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Work Force Analysis diketahui bahwa tegana kerja yang dubutuhkan untuk mencapai target produksi tahun 2000 lebih besar dari jumlah tenaga kerja yang memiliki perusahaan saat ini.
