Abstract:	Low Back Pain is the main symptom reported to health practitioners in association with decreased of work productivity. The ergonomics work positions is one of the factor causing low back pain. This research aimed to know the effect of the working position (standing and seated) on the incidence of low back pain. As many as 60 respondents divided into 2 groups. Pain scale was measured using Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and Pain Assessment Scale. Data was analysed using Chi Square test and showed a value of 0.037. X2 value on seated position was 14.267 higher than standing position 13,467. It can be concluded that working position had an impact on the incidence of low back pain
