This study aims to describe the management of a sewing training program in enhancing participants’ life skills at LKP Prima in Jember Regency. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. In the data analysis phase, the researcher employed data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. For data validity verification, the researcher utilized source and method triangulation. The results of the study indicate that LKP Prima implements training program management starting with planning which involves setting objectives and goals, assessing the current situation and conditions, identifying supporting and hindering factors, and developing work activity plans followed by organizing determining activities, assigning instructors, and delegating authority; then actuating coordinating, motivating, establishing communication, and providing instructions; and finally controlling establishing evaluation standards, assessing program implementation, and conducting evaluations. Skill improvement can be observed in life skills components such as personal skills rational and independent thinking; social skills communication and collaboration; academic skills critical thinking and problem-solving; and vocational skills the ability to use tools and materials. In conclusion, LKP Prima in Jember Regency has implemented training program management in accordance with the management principles outlined by Terry, which consist of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling, to enhance the life skills of training participants. Therefore, the appropriate recommendation is to continue using the management principles already implemented in the sewing training program in the future.
