Peran Registration Crew Pada Event Astra Otoparts "Executive Gathering 2026" Oleh The Organizer di Bandara Ngurah Rai Bali

Abstract

This activity discusses the role of the registration crew at the Astra Otoparts “Executive Gathering 2026” event, organized by On Us Asia at Ngurah Rai Airport, where field tasks were assigned by The Organizer as part of an internship. The Registration Crew plays a crucial role in ensuring that the participant registration process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with the planned event schedule. In practice, the Registration Crew is responsible for providing initial services to participant, veriying data, distributing event materials, and helping to create a positive first impression of the event. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review during the event. The results of the analysis indicate that the role of the Registration Crew significantly influences the smoothness of the participant arrival process and the effectiveness of event coordination. Challenges identified include long lines during peak hours and the need for rapid communication among team members. Therefore, effective coordination, a clear division of tasks, and both technical and non-technical preparedness are essential. This includes mastery of the registration workflow, proper use of equipment, a clear understanding of each team member’s responbilities, the ability to communicate effectively with participant, and the commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the event-all of which are necessary to ensure the Registratiion Crew performs optimally at similar events in the future.
