Abstract

The existence of globalization forces large companies to have human resources who are able to respond to changes with the right strategy. This ability is usually in the form of pro-social attitudes, in-role behavior, and extra-role behavior known as organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of work climate, self-efficacy, and work loyalty partially and simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior of permanent employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember totaling 79 people with the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, so that a sample of 60 people was obtained. Primary data sources in this study were obtained from filling out questionnaires by respondents online via googleform and interview activities with human resource managers. Secondary data is obtained from literature studies and previous research. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the IBM SPSS 23 application. The results of this study include: 1) work climate has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of permanent employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember, 2) self-efficacy has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of permanent employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember, 3) work loyalty has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of permanent employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember, 4) work climate, self-efficacy, and work loyalty simultaneously affect the organizational citizenship behavior of permanent employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Jember.
