STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK KRIPIK PISANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCOR 14 DAN SWOT (Studi Kasus: UMKM Rumah Organik)

| dc.description.abstract | UMKM Rumah Organik, a banana chip processing business, faces various supply chain management challenges, particularly delays in the supply of banana raw materials, which impact production delays and customer order fulfillment. This study aims to understand supply chain activities, measure supply chain performance using SCOR 14 level 1 method, and formulate strategies to improve supply chain performance using a SWOT analysis. The study was conducted from January to March 2026 at Rumah Organik, Jember Regency. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to seven respondents: suppliers, UMKM owners, and distributors. The results indicate that Rumah Organik's supply chain with an integrated flow of goods, information, and finances. Performance measurement using SCOR 14 level 1 yields 11 KPI. The measurement results show a perfect order fulfillment value of 82,67% parity category, a perfect supplier order of 50% parity category, order fulfillment cycle time of 9 days advantage category, supply chain agility of 11 days advantage category, costs of goods sold of 40,54% superior category, Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) as a Percent of Revenue 46,68% superior category, cash-to-cash cycle time of 4 days superior category, energy consumed of 65,90% superior category, water consumed of 880% parity category, waste generation of 82,22% parity category, and wage level rate of 51,79% parity category. The SWOT analysis results show that UMKM Rumah Organik is in quadrant III, indicating a Weakness– Opportunity (WO) strategy. The proposed strategies include improving supplier performance through digital communication, optimizing customer order fulfillment, increasing production flexibility through e-commerce and distribution expansion, improving water-use efficiency, optimizing waste utilization into value-added products, and utilizing government support programs to improve the enterprise’s ability to meet labor wage standards | |
