dc.description.abstractEnvironmental issues are one of the global challenges that are increasingly urgent to be addressed through various sectors, including education. The United Nations, through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), set several targets that include environmental aspects, including SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life below Water), and SDG 15 (Life on Land). Given that Indonesia is part of the United Nations, it is expected to implement this global goal to address environmental issues. This can be done through various sectors, one of which is education. Education plays a crucial role in raising environmental awareness by integrating SDG values into the education system, particularly through textbooks, which can be incorporated into their content.
