Abstract
This study aims to develop a digital textbook containing Bondowoso industrial agriculture in the Pancasila Education subject with the material "Getting to Know My Surroundings" for fourth-grade elementary school students that meets the criteria of validity, effectiveness, and practicality. The background of this study is the limited use of digital textbooks that integrate local content in learning, resulting in low student understanding of their regional potential. The method used is Research and Development with the Borg and Gall model which is implemented up to the eighth stage. The research subjects consisted of 40 fourth-grade students of SDN Tanah Wulan 1 Bondowoso who were divided into experimental and control classes. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, expert validation, response questionnaires, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The validation results by design, language, and material experts showed an average score of 84.76% with a very feasible category. The effectiveness test using an independent sample t-test at a significance level of 5% showed a calculated t value > t table (6.313 > 1.684), so there was a significant difference between the experimental and control classes. The relative effectiveness test showed a 42.14% increase in learning outcomes, categorized as moderately effective. Furthermore, the student questionnaire response scored 89.4%, categorized as very practical. Based on these results, the digital textbook on industrial agriculture in Bondowoso was deemed suitable, effective, and practical for use in Pancasila Education and capable of supporting the integration of local potential and digital technology in the learning process.
