dc.description.abstractLanguage learning aims to further develop each person's skills in expressing ideas, feelings, and thoughts, as well as personal skills, both orally and in writing. The formulation of problem in this research about how the avakin life application video development process as a teaching materials for theme 8 sub theme 4 I Like to work on listening skills based on local wisdom grade 3 SDN Dabasah 1Bondowoso and how the validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video as teaching materials for theme 8 sub theme 4 I Like to work on listening skills based on local wisdom grade 3 SDN Dabasah1.The purpose of this study is to determine the process and results of developing the Avakin Life video as a teaching material for theme 8, sub-theme 4 "Aku Suka Berkarya" that is valid, effective, and practical for listening skills based on the local wisdom of Bondowoso for grade III students at SDN Dabasah 01. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) by Borg and Gall. The subjects in this study were the grade IIIA and IIIB students of SDN Dabasah 01 Bondowoso, with a total of 29 students in each class. The data collection methods used were interviews, learning outcome tests, documentation, and questionnaires. The validity of the Avakin Life video product was 79 for design, 80 for language, and 96 for content, making it suitable for testing. The product effectiveness test using the t-test showed that the result of t-count > t table, which was 5.249 > 2.003, while the relative effectiveness of the product received a percentage of 67.2%, categorized as high effectiveness. The practicality test results were excellent, with a score of 94.1. Based on these results, the development of the Avakin Life video as teaching material for theme 8, sub-theme 4 for grade III is declared valid, effective, and practical for use in learning.The results of study be a referrence for students, teachers and the others should be developed into a more attractive and effective in the learning.
