| dc.description.abstract | The study was conducted in the Talangsari Beach area, which experienced the highest level of coastal erosion in 2022. The erosion was caused by high waves along the southern coast and the formation of the Tanggul River estuary, which flows into Talangsari Beach, in 2019. Coastal line change modeling was performed using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS), with primary data from Sentinel-2 satellite imagery at a resolution of 10 meters. The years included in the study were 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2025. Modeling was conducted to determine the values of Net Shoreline Movement (NSM), End Point Rate (EPR), Shoreline Changes Envelope (SCE), and Linear Regression Rate (LRR). These values were used to determine the distance of change, the rate of change, and predictions of shoreline changes. Based on the analysis, the highest erosion value was 198.69 m, and the highest accretion value was 74.46 m. The highest accretion rate was 7.65 m/year, and the highest erosion rate was 20.42 m/year. Based on the highest LRR values and regression coefficients approaching 1, the projected coastline for 2030 and 2035 shows the highest accretion of 43.82 m in 2030 and 87.65 m in 2035. The highest erosion could reach 131.98 m in 2030 and 263.97 m in 2035. | |
