Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan JNE Express Cabang Rogojampi Banyuwangi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of JNE Express Rogojampi Banyuwangi Branch. This research approach uses quantitative research. The sample in this study were 32 employees of JNE Express Rogojampi Branch. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire which was then subjected to descriptive analysis, data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 27 application. The results of data analysis show that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that if the work environment and work motivation increase, then employee performance will also increase.
