Nurses play a crucial role in providing healthcare services to both patients and their families, especially in intensive care units (ICUs), which are often emotionally distressing for families. Nurses’ caring behavior is an important indicator of the quality of nursing care services. Family satisfaction with nursing care in the ICU reflects the overall quality of hospital services. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nurses’ caring behavior and the level of family satisfaction in the intensive care unit at Bina Sehat Hospital Jember. This research applied a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A total of 50 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The inclusion criteria were family members of ICU patients, aged ≥18 years, willing to participate, and present at the hospital during data collection. The exclusion criteria included family members with mental disorders, hearing impairments, grieving, or unwillingness to participate. The instruments used were the Nurse Caring Behavior Questionnaire (KPCP) and the FS-ICU-24R. Data analysis was conducted using Kendall Tau correlation test. The results showed that 54% of respondents rated nurses’ caring behavior as good, and 62% of respondents felt very satisfied with the services. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between nurses’ caring behavior and family satisfaction (p=0.014), with a correlation coefficient of 0.352, indicating a positive and moderate relationship. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nurses’ caring behavior and family satisfaction in the intensive care unit. Optimal caring behavior can enhance family satisfaction with nursing services
