dc.description.abstract5.1 Conclusion Based on the hypothesis verification and the discussion, the researcher concluded that there was no significant effect of using animation movies on junior high school students' listening comprehension achievement. Dealing with the result, the researcher found that some variables might become the reason why using animation movies did not affect junior high school students' listening comprehension achievement in this study. There were poor viewing conditions, student’s interest and background, and short-term learning. Based on the result, it could be concluded that using animation movies had no significant effect on junior high school students’ listening comprehension achievement. 5.2 Suggestions The researcher would like to provide some suggestions based on the research findings for teachers and future researchers who plan to examine the effect of using animation movies on junior high school students' listening comprehension achievement. 5.2.1 The English Teachers Students' activity in school events became one of the reasons why animation movies did not affect junior high school students' listening comprehension achievement. It made the class situation was not conducive. Therefore, English teachers who wants to use animation movies for teaching listening comprehension should consider the duration of the research, the viewing condition, and students’ interest. 5.2.2 The Students It is suggested for the students to get used to using media as a learning tool. Therefore, they could learn listening by using animation movies not only limited by using audio. 5.2.3 The Other Researcher Other researchers who plan to do research in the same topic in the future are suggested to use different research designs, such as classroom action research. This research also could be used as a guideline for other researchers. Therefore, they could avoid factors that make animation movies have no significant effect on their research.
