Abstract

UMKM Anugrah Permana is a company engaged in the production and sale of wrought iron crafts, located in Andongsari Village, Ambulu District, Jember Regency. The company's financial management operations are still managed manually through accounting, including recording sales, raw material purchases, employee salaries, and cash flow reports. Manual recording poses significant risks, such as lost or damaged documents and recording errors caused by human error. To address these challenges, we propose digitizing financial management through the development of an information system. The development process begins with identifying requirements through interviews and observation methods. The initial identification process yielded nine functional requirements, which were documented and validated by stakeholders in the Software Requirement Specification (SRS). However, further analysis identified a total of 30 functional requirements and 4 non-functional requirements. This number exceeds the available resources and budget, potentially leading to development delays and highlighting the need for requirements prioritization techniques. This study applies the Fuzzy MoSCoW method to classify and prioritize requirements in the system development process. The prioritization results grouped requirements into four categories: Must Have (11 requirements), Should Have (6 requirements), Could Have (8 requirements), and Won't Have (5 requirements).
