Analisis Penerepan Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0 dan Kebutuhan Anggaran Biaya Upaya Peningkatan Capaian Peringkat

Abstract

The phenomenon of agricultural land conversion into housing has become increasingly prevalent in various regions, including Jember Regency. One of the impacts of this conversion is global warming, leading to rising temperatures. Green development concepts can mitigate this effect. This study aims to analyze the ranking of Cendrawasih Green Residence Jember based on the Greenship Neighborhood Version 1.0 concept using fuzzy logic, determine improvement strategies using SWOT analysis, and calculate the required budget. Data collection involved literature reviews, observations, and interviews with developers and residents. Fuzzy logic analysis determined the points and ranking achievement. SWOT analysis identified improvement strategies, and budget planning was calculated. Cendrawasih Green Residence Jember scored 31 points, indicating inadequate achievement according to greenship neighborhood version 1.0 standards. SWOT analysis suggested improvement strategies such as tree planting, sidewalk construction, bicycle parking, water tank installation, segregated waste management, promoting sustainable lifestyles, certification with expert involvement, and water, energy conservation planning. These strategies increased the score by 16 points, achieving a total of 47 points and a bronze ranking. The estimated budget for improvement is IDR 308.224.331.
