Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Cps (Creative Problem Solving) Berbantuan Media Lumio by Smart Terhadap Keterampilan Berpikir Analitis Dan Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa SMA

Abstract

The Effect of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Learning Model Assisted by Lumio by SMART Media on Students’ Analytical Thinking Skills and Physics Learning Outcomes Physics learning requires higher-order thinking skills, including analytical thinking skills and conceptual understanding. However, students’ analytical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes are still relatively low. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model assisted by Lumio by SMART media on students’ analytical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes. This study employed a true experimental design using a posttest only control group design. The sample was selected through cluster random sampling, resulting in class XI Science 3 as the experimental group and class XI Science 8 as the control group. Data were collected through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Analytical thinking skills were measured using essay tests, while physics learning outcomes were measured using multiple-choice tests. The data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test and the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that the Sig. (2-tailed) value for analytical thinking skills was 0.000 ≤ 0.05, indicating a significant effect between the experimental and control groups. The average posttest score of analytical thinking skills in the experimental class (72.57) was higher than that of the control class (50.86). Furthermore, the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value for physics learning outcomes was 0.001 ≤ 0.05, with the experimental class achieving a higher posttest mean score (78.00) than the control class (65.71). Therefore, it can be concluded that the CPS learning model assisted by Lumio by SMART media has a significant effect on students’ analytical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes.
