Sistem Bagi Hasil Pertanian Buah Naga Desa Buluagung Kecamatan Siliragung Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the profit sharing system of dragon fruit farming between landowners and tenant farmers that occurred in Buluagung Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with 10 respondents, landowners and tenant farmers who were taken intentionally and secondary data obtained from the village office and sub-district office as well as literature in the library and the internet related to the research. In this study the method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of profit sharing of dragon fruit agricultural land in the research village is carried out with the maro and mertelu profit sharing systems, the division is for the maro profit sharing system, namely the entire maintenance costs are borne jointly by the landowner farmer and the tenant farmer and the harvest is divided equally. While the mertelu profit sharing system, namely the entire maintenance costs are borne by the tenant farmer, while the landowner farmer only hands over his land to be cultivated by the tenant farmer and for the harvest the tenant farmer gets 2/3 of the share while the landowner farmer only gets 1/3 of the share.
