Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of organizational culture at CV
Agista Tjipta Mandiri. This research uses a qualitative approach, with primary
data sources and secondary data. As for the data analysis technique in this study,
it was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The
data validity stage is carried out by the time extension method until the data
obtained by the researcher from the informant reaches a saturation point. The
data analysis method in this study uses domain and taxonomy analysis techniques.
The results showed that the morning greeting culture with different daily themes
and the “dolan bareng” culture carried out every year have an important role in
strengthening family relationships between employees. Employee discipline in
maintaining work ethics and providing the best service is also a major factor in
the company's success. Not only that, strict service standards and the application
of corporate identity through artifacts such as building design, employee
uniforms, and social media also support the company's positive image. The
conclusion of this study is that a strong organizational culture and consistent
corporate identity contribute significantly to the sustainability and
competitiveness of CV. Agista Tjipta Mandiri in a competitive market
