Implementasi Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Berbasis Digital di SDN 2 Besuki

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of digital technology in educational management, particularly school facilities and infrastructure management. SDN 2 Besuki has implemented a digital system in administration and learning, but still faces obstacles. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital-based facilities and infrastructure management and identify supporting and inhibiting factors at SDN 2 Besuki. This study uses a descriptive case study approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of digital infrastructure management is quite successful, covering planning, procurement, use, maintenance, and evaluation. Supporting factors include the availability of facilities, parental support, teacher training, and improved teaching skills. Inhibiting factors include limited financial resources, technical limitations, and unequal access to technology. In conclusion, the digital infrastructure at SDN 2 Besuki has been successful. However, further improvements are needed regarding access to technology and infrastructure for optimal results.
