Abstract
Independent Curriculum, teachers must have the right and correct way during the
teaching process in class, so that the material can be distributed properly.
Problem Based Learning is one of the right learning models for teaching and
attracting students' interest in learning and improving problem-solving skills. The
use of the PBL learning model is assisted by Lapbook learning media during the
learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there
was a positive effect of using the PBL model assisted by lapbook media on the
learning outcomes of class V students. This type of research is quantitative using
a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent group design. The population
is all class V students of SDN Tapen 1 Bondowoso. The data collection methods
used were test instruments, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data
analysis techniques used were normality tests and t-tests. Based on the results of
the average pretest and posttest, the experimental class was 26.8 and 83.6 so that
the difference was 56.8. While the control class was 31.5 and 75 so that the
difference was 43.5. Based on the results of the calculation of the t-test = 3.770
with a significance of 5% at df = 48 is 2.011. It can be concluded, tthitung >
ttable, meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while the ER test obtained
26.57%. It can be concluded that there is an influence on the use of PBL learning
models assisted by lapbook media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students
on the material of my proud region.
