Gambaran Pola Makan Anak Kelompok Kuncup di KB Nurul Jannah Pesawahan Tiris Probolinggo Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the diet of the bud group children in KB Nurul Jannah, Tiris Rice Field, Probolinggo. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Specifically, the conclusion of this study is that from the 6 respondents it is described that the quality of the food selected and served already contains sufficient nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamin A, and others. The frequency of food is also appropriate, namely 2-3 times a day eating heavy food and plus interlude foods. Meanwhile, the variety of food served by mothers is also good, namely choosing many types of fresh food and various kinds of nutritional content in food processing ingredients.
