Cancer and its chemotherapy regimens impose significant physical, psychological, and financial burdens on family caregivers, which can subsequently decline their quality of life. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between spiritual well-being and the quality of life among family caregivers of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at Tk. III Baladhika Husada Hospital, Jember. This quantitative study applied a cross-sectional approach involving 92 family caregivers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Spiritual Well-Being Scale (SWBS) and the Short Form-36 (SF-36) questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman’s Rho correlation test. The majority of respondents were female (54.3%) with a mean age of 38.84 years. The family's spiritual well-being reached a mean score of 95.50, while the median score of their quality of life was 74.00. Inferential analysis revealed a significant relationship between spiritual well-being and family caregivers' quality of life (p-value = 0.046; r = 0.208). There is a significant positive relationship with a weak correlation between spiritual well-being and quality of life. Higher spiritual well-being is associated with a better quality of life among family caregivers managing patients undergoing cancer treatments.
