Abstract
Recruitment processes in many organizations are still conducted manually and
often rely on multiple disconnected platforms. This condition causes candidate data to - be scattered, increases the risk of miscommunication, and reduces overall process efficiency. The initial screening stage is particularly time-consuming, especially when evaluation depends on manual review and lacks standardized criteria across divisions. As a result, decision-making becomes less consistent and more difficult to manage. Therefore, an integrated and structured e-recruitment system is needed. This study aims to design an e-recruitment system that supports centralized data management, improves selection efficiency, and enhances decision-making quality. The research applies the TOGAF framework to identify system requirements, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to model the current (as - is) and proposed (to - be) processes, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine feature priorities. These methods ensure that the system design aligns with organizational needs. The results show that the proposed BPMN to - be model reduces manual activities and improves coordination between
HR and division managers. The system includes features such as centralized
candidate data, automated screening, integrated evaluation, and recruitment
tracking. In addition, AHP provides a clear basis for prioritizing system features. In conclusion, the proposed system improves efficiency, clarifies workflows, and supports more structured decision-making. It is expected to address the limitations of manual recruitment processes.
