Pengaruh Modal, Lokasi Usaha dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Pendapatan UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Kencong Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital, business location, and labor on the income of culinary MSMEs in Kencong District, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to culinary MSME owners in Kencong District. The population of this study consisted of all culinary MSME owners in Kencong District. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 125 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs. Business location has a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs. Labor has a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs. Simultaneously, capital, business location, and labor have a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs in Kencong District. The Adjusted R Square value of 61.3% indicates that variations in the income of culinary MSMEs can be explained by capital, business location, and labor variables by 61.3%, while the remaining 38.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. These findings suggest that capital, business location, and labor are important factors influencing the income of culinary MSMEs in Kencong District.
