Analisis Perbedaan Kepuasan Pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Kelas Rawat Inap Standar (JKN KRIS) dan Belum Kelas Rawat Inap Standar (Belum KRIS) di RS Islam Lumajang

| dc.description.abstract | The JKN inpatient class policy is a mandate of Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System which must be implemented based on the principle of equity. In the event that participants require inpatient treatment in hospital, the service class at the hospital is given based on standard classes This type of research is descriptive analytical research using a quantitative approach with a cross sectional research design. The JKN KRIS population was 568 respondents, the JKN Not yet KRIS population was 392 respondents, the JKN KRIS sample was 100 respondents and the JKN Not yet KRIS sample was 106 respondents using the Stratified Random Sampling sampling technique. This research uses the Mann Whitney test with an ordinal data scale. The results of the research show that there is a difference in satisfaction between JKN KRIS and JKN Not yet KRIS patients in terms of the tangible dimension with a p value of 0.000 which is smaller than the α of 0.05. However, there is no difference in satisfaction between JKN KRIS and JKN Not yet KRIS patients in terms of the reliability dimension, assurance dimension, responsiveness dimension and empathy dimension with a p value of 0.233 respectively; 0.547; 0.435; 0.269 is greater than α of 0.05. The priority problems in this research using the Natural Science Method, the priority problems in this research include moldy room walls, the temperature/air in the room is not cool, the light in the room is not bright enough, except when sleeping, the bathroom is in the room and is not clean, and each bed has a small cupboard for storing patient items that is not equipped with a lock.
