Pengembangan Media Buku Dongeng Digital Untuk Stimulasi Keterampilan Menyimak Anak Kelompok A TKIT Ananda Jember

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop digital storybook media as a means of stimulating listening skills in early childhood, especially children in group A of Ananda Kindergarten. This research was motivated by the need for innovative, interesting learning media, and appropriate to the characteristics of children aged 4-5 years. The purpose of the research was to produce digital storybook media that is practical, effective, and valid in stimulating children's listening skills. The research method used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The research instrument included teacher and child response questionnaires, expert validation sheets, and listening skills observation sheets. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results of the study stated that the digital storybook media obtained a score of 92.5 from media experts, 95 from material experts, and 90 from language experts, with the categories of very valid and very feasible. The practicality test obtained a score of 84.9% with a very practical category, while the effectiveness test obtained a score of 91.67% with a very effective category in helping stimulate children's listening skills. It can be concluded that the digital storybook media that has been developed meets the criteria of valid, effective, practical, and can be declared suitable for use as a learning medium to stimulate listening skills in early childhood, especially group A TKIT Ananda. In addition, this media has the potential to be further developed by adding more varied interactive and visual features.
