Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share (Tps) Berbantuan Articulate Storyline 3 Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI SMA

Abstract

This research wants to find out how using the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning method along with Articulate Storyline 3 affects the motivation and academic performance of 11th-grade high school students. This study was started because students were not very motivated and their learning results were not good.Also, the teaching methods used were not very different, which made students less interested in participating during lessons. The approach taken is a real experiment that includes a pretest and posttest with a control group. The study included two classes chosen through random sampling.One class used the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning method along with Articulate Storyline 3, while the other class followed the usual learning method that teachers typically use. The research tools used are a questionnaire that measures learning motivation and a multiple-choice test to assess learning outcomes. Data analysis was done by performing normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests, specifically using the Independent Samples T-Test. The study's results showed that there were differences in how motivated the students were and how well they performed in learning between the experimental class and the control class. The hypothesis test results showed a significance value of 0.000 for learning motivation and 0.001 for learning outcomes.Both values are below 0.05, so we reject H_0 and accept H_a. Using the Think Pair Share learning method with Articulate Storyline 3 helps students talk more in class, understand ideas better, and enjoy learning more. So, in the end, we can say that using the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model with Articulate Storyline 3 has a big impact on the motivation and results of grade XI high school students.
