Efektivitas Pelayanan Jemput Bola di Sekolah oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the Effectiveness of the School Pick-up Service by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Jember Regency. School Pick-up is one of the service innovations created by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Jember Regency to provide benefits for the limited time constraints of students in carrying out E-KTP recording. In its implementation, Jempol Disko can contribute to the achievement of E-KTP recording in Jember Regency as the data provided in 2023-2024 which has increased. With this service, it is hoped that it will also be able to provide an impact or change for the user community, especially students who have entered the mandatory KTP age. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The validity of the data will be tested using the triangulation method. The focus of this study is the School Pick-up Service or Jempol Disko. The effectiveness of the service in this study will be seen based on the effectiveness indicators from Sutrisno (2007) including Program Understanding, Goal Achievement, Timeliness, Target Accuracy, and Real Change. If reviewed based on the theory from Sutrisno (2007) the effectiveness of the Jemput Bola di Sekolah (Jempol Disko) service has been running effectively. However, in its implementation, several obstacles were still found that could affect its effectiveness such as server disruptions from the center, long queue times, and the lack of officers going to the field is not comparable to the number of students to be recorded.
