The 21st century has been marked by increasing environmental problems, particularly water pollution, which has impacted the availability of clean water and the quality of life of communities. This situation calls for the integration of sustainable development education starting from elementary school, but IPAS learning tends to be theoretical, with minimal use of technology, and does not yet link the material to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 6. This study aims to develop an e-module containing SDGs 6 on environmental change material to improve the environmental literacy of elementary school students by producing a learning e-module that has been tested for validity, effectiveness, and practicality. The type of research is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The data collection methods used in this study were validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and test. The data analysis technique was adjusted to the type of data obtained, namely validity analysis using the product validity formula (Valpro), practicality analysis using the percentage of student response questionnaire scores (Sas), and effectiveness analysis using the normalized gain test (N-Gain). The validation result obtained from the two validators, expert lecturers and teacher practitioners, were 87.06, which is categorized as very feasible. The practicality score obtained based on the student response questionnaire was 89.02, which is categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test result obtained an N-Gain value of 0.68, which is categorized as moderate, indicating a significant increase in students environmental literacy. It can be concluded that the e-module containing SDGs 6 meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective in improving environmental literacy and can be used in elementary school learning.
