Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Inframe Photo Surabaya Berbasis Web dengan Model Waterfall

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a web-based information system at Inframe Photo Surabaya using the Waterfall model. The goal is to overcome problems in managing photography service orders that are still done manually, resulting in delays in service and inefficient customer data management. This information system is designed to improve order management and facilitate access to information for customers. With the SDLC Waterfall model method, this study produces a fairly good system for each of its features with blackbox testing. Therefore, the development of this web-based information system can show a significant increase in the efficiency of managing service orders at Inframe Photo.
