Abstract
Interprofessional collaboration is a form of cooperation between various health
professions to provide comprehensive and quality services. Interprofessional
collaboration is important in agricultural health centers because in health centers
there are multiprofessional services carried out by various health professions,
especially in the coverage area of workplace-based service networks in agricultural
areas. This study aims to explore the perceptions of medical workers and health
workers about the implementation of interprofessional collaboration in agricultural
health centers in Jember. The results showed that the interprofessional
collaboration in the Jember Agricultural Primary Health Care is classified as a
medium. Based on the domain of interprofessional collaboration, the results showed
partnership (57,1%) and cooperation (71,4%) domain according to medical
personnel in the category of high collaboration., Partnership (54,8%), cooperation
(59,1%) and coordination (46,2%) domain according to healthcare professional in
the category of medium collaboration. Overall perception of Interprofessional
Collaboration in the category of medium collaboration. This indicates that although
interprofessional collaboration has been implemented, several aspects still need
improvement to enhance interprofessional collaboration between medical and
healthcare professionals in community health centers. These include effective
communication skills, the roles of each profession, and understanding how to work
as a team when discussing specific cases and providing healthcare services to
patients.
