Pengaruh Pemahaman Pembelajaran Mendalam (Deep Learning) terhadap Kemampuan Pedagogik Guru di Gugus 02 Kecamatan Kaliwates Jember Tahun 2025/2026

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of teachers' understanding of Deep Learning on the pedagogical competence of teachers in Cluster 02, Kaliwates District, Jember, during the 2025/2026 academic year. A quantitative ex post facto design was employed. The participants were 16 teachers from TK ARNI Jember, TK Islamiyah Jember, and TK Al-Hidayah VI Jember, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a test to measure teachers' understanding of Deep Learning and classroom observations to assess pedagogical competence. Data analysis included the normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results indicated that teachers' understanding of Deep Learning had a significant positive effect on their pedagogical competence. Teachers with a better understanding of Deep Learning demonstrated stronger abilities in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening teachers' understanding of Deep Learning to improve pedagogical competence.
