Abstract
This research was conducted from February to April 2023 at the Green
House of Biology Education, University of Jember. This study aims to determine the
response of rabbit urine POC and liquid biological fertilizer and to obtain the
optimal concentration of each treatment and treatment combination. This research
was conducted experimentally with a two-factorial completely randomized design
(CRD) method. The plant samples in this study amounted to 48 plants from 16
treatment combinations and each treatment was repeated 3 times. Parameters in
this study include plant height, plant height rate, number of leaves, fresh weight,
production weight, harvest index, and dry weight and make qualitative
observations. The research data were then analyzed using ANOVA test with a
significant level of 5% using the SPSS program followed by Duncan's Multiple
Range Test (DMRT) test conducted with a confidence level of 95%. The results
showed that there was an interaction in the combination of rabbit urine POC and
liquid biological fertilizer on the growth and production of pakcoy (Brassica rapa
L.) plants in the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, and dry
weight. The optimal concentration combination of rabbit urine POC and liquid
biological fertilizer for the growth and production of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is
40 mL/L rabbit urine POC and 10 mL/L liquid biological fertilizer (K2P2). The
results of the study were used as educational media products in the form of leaflets
that were made available. The results of the study were used as educational media
products in the form of leaflets which were validated and received an average score
of 82.5%, which is feasible to use as an information source
