Introduction: Post-fracture surgery patients experience impaired physical mobility characterized by decreased ability to move, muscle weakness, joint stiffness, and dependence on others in daily activities. One of the interventions used to improve physical mobility in post-fracture surgery patients is by providing mobilization support with a focus on early mobilization therapeutic measures. This study aims to describe nursing care for impaired physical mobility (post-fracture surgery) with the provision of early mobilization at Bangil Regional Hospital, Pasuruan Regency. Methods: This study uses a case report form with a nursing care approach that includes nursing assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The study participants were post-fracture surgery patients with nursing problems of impaired physical mobility who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria set by the author. The early mobilization intervention was carried out for 3 consecutive days with stages of deep breathing exercises, changing the right-left tilt position every 2 hours, and early sitting exercises gradually with a duration of 10-15 minutes per day and can be done independently with the assistance of a nurse or family. Data collection was collected through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation. Results: The results of the assessment found subjective data that the major complained of difficulty moving the extremities and the minor was reluctant to move so that a nursing diagnosis of impaired physical mobility related to bone integrity damage d.d complained of difficulty moving the extremities, decreased muscle strength, decreased range of motion (ROM) was established. After providing mobilization support with a focus on early mobilization therapeutic actions for three days, the results showed that muscle strength increased from a scale of (3.3, 0.1) to (5,5,2,4). Clinical symptoms improved including the patient being able to move the extremities independently, the body no longer felt stiff, and limited movement was reduced. Analysis: The results of the analysis of the achievement of the outcome criteria set by the author showed that the nursing problem of impaired physical mobility was partially resolved. Conclusion: Implementation of mobilization support with a focus on early mobilization therapeutic actions has been proven to improve the physical mobility of participants. This study recommends routine early mobilization as part of independent nursing interventions in managing impaired physical mobility in post-fracture surgery patient.
